Flight and instruction times vary according to the student's capability and the frequency of flight lessons, and the prices listed are based on the minimum time needed to earn the certificate. If additional flight time and/or instruction is needed, additional costs will be incurred.


  • Hold a private pilot’s certificate.

  • Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.

  • Hold a current FAA medical certificate.

  • Have at least 250 total flight hours for FAR Part 61 aeronautical experience requirements.
